I have gotten into quite a bit of trouble this week.
Most of this trouble I have found myself in was within my own family, this meaning I have pissed a lot of people off.
This action was all uintentional, meaning that people have been on edge, or overlly sensitive over particular things and lashed out, primarilly at me.
This is not unusual.

The most recent being that of my brother and his girlfriend.
I merely told her that she had upset some people this week, or more-so asked if she knew that she’d upset some people this week and that it seemed as if she’d told Luke not to stay at my sisters so she could take him to get a present.
Soon enough after asking her this, albeit over msn messenger; I recieved a phonecall from my brother who said, “You’re a Fucking Bitch”

Soon enough the phone was taken from me and my mother came and loudly told me off, as of his request. She tells me that I needed to be more tactfull and that the woman I had apparently insulted thought I was being mean and that discussion has gone on for several days now.
I haven’t heard from him yet, not even a reply from his birthday message.

Prior to that my sister had gone off on me when I had said, why don’t you go home then. Earlier in the night I had said it, “Go home Ali,” Mimicing a two year old who said it the other day, clearly she didn’t pick that up and yelled, screamed and carried on. Causing another series of scoldings, for my insensitivity.
No one ever gets scolded for being over-sensitive.
I am supposed to eb the emotional one in the family.
The reason as to  why I had told her to go home was simply, she had said something along the lines of, ‘it’s getting late, I still need to dye my hair,’ I think with an addition of something about having to work all the next day.

I guess I am just Emotionally Numb.

Who is it that you share your nightly meals with?

Is it your house/flat/room-mates?

Is it your Family?

Or is it your television?

These are the questions I would like to find the answers to, do you share you nightly meal discussing your day with your familiars, do you eat alone in front of the television watching the nightly news, or depending on what time and channel you are watching; the weekly drama of Desperate Housewives?

On most nights my family and I sit at our Dining table, sometime between 6 and 8pm to eat, to talk, to learn. We learn what we did in the day, what’s on our minds, what is driving one another crazy once again at work or at school. We gossip, we discuss we debate or as Mum calls it, argue. We are a family.

Before moving in with our new family, which gave me a new younger sister and a father-type-person, we did not share this. My older sister who lives up away from this in a house sharing with one other (Formerly Two others) noticed it. We never sat at the table, and even prior to becoming used to it, I looked down on those who’d sit together at a table. Posh types who believed in the Christian Right-wing type of nuclear-Christian family.

When I thought of eating at a table, I thought of praying to a god I never believed in, in being told to get my elbows off the table. Of awkward quiet times in that rarely used room in my grandparents (On my original fathers sides) abode.

Now however, when I think of eating together. I feel, happier, more willing to engage in this nightly ritual only broken every now and again. I think of how lonely the meals were with only the news to keep me company, no arguments over the table over whether one of us is mature, or whether I am too nosy. Who will have a better career in the end, and whether it will matter at all how much we will make. Whether or not we should get solar, or try another alternative source. Whatever is the hot topic, or million topics of the day!

When company comes over, we share great meals over this table, and if it is not big enough…we get more tables and fill more then the extension of the dining area. It is a wonderful time, and I have never felt more in touch with my family, extended and those who I live with on a day-to-day basis.

This is my account thus far, of what my life around a table is. I would like to hear about yours, what is it you eat with, who you eat with and what it means?

Biggotry.

The hot subject of the day as induced by angry aussie (http://angryaussie.wordpress.com) who is one of my more favourite bloggers, I must admit i have ignored him for some time. But that is presently irrelevant.

As he points out in his youtube video, people generally lose their criticism when talking about it. I mean when your the one being criticised you act quite civil, dont you? There are rarely any extremists when these topics are discussed.

Funnily enough, from the related videos, there soon was many videos about fox news’ biggotry. This here what I am speaking of is not about fox news, it is the media in general. I don’t really watch fox news, or even too much TV, but the biggotry in the general media. This media I talk of covers, Morning news on all channels, youtube, blogging, myspace. Even in the streets, the person at the checkout.

I am going to speak on one particular person, who I am in fact, a fan of. His youtube name is Chris Crocker, he is on a regular basis being a biggot, and being a victim of biggotry. He is a beautiful man, I wish I was as pretty as I see him, and he is opinionated. He says what he thinks and you can’t tell whether he is acting or speaking from the heart. He says it angrilly and is incredibly patronising  but everyone really loves it.

We all are biggots in one way or another, we all have our moments when we declare soemthing, racist, sexist, homo…or hetrophobic, against religionor whatever, just what you need to be somewhat, decent a human being is.

It is mid November, Summer doesn’t come for another half a month and it’s already in the 30 – 40 degree weather. And for you not metric morons, that is in Celcius, which you should learn, it is much easier for everyone. Over 100 degrees Farenheight.

So for everyone who doesn’t know I am an Aussie shiela and this is what it is like in Australia, so yeah. Imagine what the actual summer will be for us. Think about this while you drive your high performance utes to work which is just around the corner or decide, ‘hey! !hy not drive instead of take the bus.’ You are contributing to this hell for us, up here in Australia. Or down, whatever you prefer to call it.

So it is your fault you carbon producing morons, Your fault that in 2002 374, 000 new cases of Skin cancer were discovered in Australia alone, and that isn’t including the Melanoma type cancers.

I know its been a long time but I have bee working nearly full time. Please comment and make me come and tell you whats wrong with you more often.

Everyone cares for the environment in this world

Here and now it is a popular trend especially in Hollywood to be enviro-aware. But why is it so?

Shall I tell you why? Because it is our planet, and it is dieing.

You guys just don’t all seem to get it. Nothing I have seen really conveys this enough!

WE ARE KILLING OUR PLANET!

Do you even register this fully. People in Hollywood may have realised this, but no matter how much money we manage to acumulate, unless we do soemthing drastic and chaneg the way we as humans live, Earth the only planet we have is dying because of our influence.

It is inevitable at by 2050, when I wll be 61. That the world would have risen by at least 3 degrees celcius, that is horrible if you don’t know. The thing is, that our world may become uninhabitable.

The Greenhouse Effect.

I am sure you all know hat this is already but if you don’t here is Smileys oveview.

We have created a layer in our atmosphere which traps all of the heat in and stops most of it escaping, so our planet is heating up.

Our trees cannot absorb all of the carbon Emissions we pump out, and still we cut more down. It is that bad with us people.

i think at this stage, Our Planet is no longer merely a greenhouse, a more accurate terminology then the Greenhouse effect would be the Microwave effect. Our Spinning Planet is cooking.

You who do not live in Australia, may not feel the effects of climate change just yet but you will soon. Over the past few year I ahve felt the climate change, it is getting hotter in Summer nad even colder in winter. Our society even, though it is aware it is becoming harsher. One day into the bushfire season and we’d already lost a  house.

 I live in a International Heritage Listed Tuart forest, and well I am scared of bushfire especially seeing my house is straw baled.

You should be scared.

Karma is a real Bitch isn’t it?

I am learning this for myself, as I begin my third day of work, at coles…technically my first…I fainted on the first and only finished the training on the second.

So anywho that is all nothing to do with karma being a bitch. Me working means me gets more money. This is about computers and internet.

Now that I work I go to bed much earlier and thus sleep more so I don’t fall asleep because I am doing 8 hours days right off the bat after having yobbed at home for about a year.

I was spending most of my time on the internet. All day in fact, and my work happens to begin on the first week of school holidays the day after my younger brothers birthday. I come home yesterday, my brother is ont he internet, I requestusage and ish denied. At least I let him go on before I or he wanted to go to bed.

So until 6 o’clock he was on the internet, at which time I went on, only to be kicked off momentarilly by Mum and Paul who wanted to check their e-mails. Oh and Luke again had interfered and after spending all that time on during the day, now wanted to show Paul a youtube video of some crappy Halo three thing.

Anyway following that while mum and paul did their email thing which was acting up, Luke decided to hit me with a pipe cleaner. You know the furry things with wire in them.

And anyway he yobbed me in the eye with it. That hurt. Well then we both were banned form the computer for me getting lobbed in the eye with a pipe cleaner.

Thats the news in ym world whats yours?

Okay today is October the third.

Today I officially started my first day of my job yay.

Bad News: I went home early due to Headaches and fainting because I am inable to do work for a period longer then two hours.

No really, no blood circulation is bad. For my brain. And My body. Kya!!!

 Birthdays.

Well no-one as of yet has asked for a shout out or a birthday greeting, or even a subject or discussion topic.

But Yesterday it was my Brothers 16th birthday, I didn’t see him at all, he was at his assho- I mean fathers house.

So happy birthday to Him and on the first it was my Great Grand-Dad’s birthday.

He is now officially 89

So yeah I only bought Lukes Birthday present (brother) which is a chasers war on Everything Season 2 on DVD.

So yay.

Oh my fucking god!

Chris Mainwaring, 7!/GWN news Sport reporter and West Coast Eagles legend died at according to my sister 11 pm last night.

He died of what has at this time been confirmed as a heart attack.

What for! I mean Chris is like one of the old WA footy stars legends of all time. He is seriously like awesome, I mean I remember when he retired.

I as I write this am thinking! Is this a hoax! But no everyone seems to affirm it!

Okay so now apart from the crying, it is  a horrible thing, in the last two years we have lost so much. Chris Mainwaring died at the age of 41.

He was a healthy footy star. I am if you can’t tell in complete disbelief.

 And you know what, they didn’t even give him a mention on the national news.

Send messages to seven in complaint. MY GOD! IT is horrible only GWN news did naything, he wasn’t just a reporter, he was a footy legend.

EDIT: sorry only the australia wide update didn’t have anything on him it has been like a whole night of tribute to the legend

 We have a East Fremantle sharks footy he signed like from the 70’s or eighties.

Oh anf fyi the first thing I thought when I heard was that the west coast eagles are sponsored by hungry jacks.

Hey guy, I know I haven’t been posting too much lately and well I have been somewhat busy so hang in there with me. Plus I haven’t really got many comments, not that I have ussually got comments but what the heck. I am going to talk to you guys about goals and goalsetting.

I have been using the internet way too much lately and neglecting to do the work I needed to, so as of two nights ago I have been making lists of things to do the next day. Well with my Coles application, I ended up getting the job as a casual and today just finished my Online Evaluation thing. Which of course I get 60-70$ for as I was told in the interview.

So back on topic!

We should be setting goals more often, but leave room for change and if variables happen alter goals slightly. When I got the username and password for my coles thing I was thrown off because I wanted to do it immediatley and so the whole plan for  the day was out the window so I redid my goals for the Thursday and Friday. My Goals for Today were:

1. Do Laundry
2. Clean Closet
3. Clean Room
4. Finish Coles Online Induction
5. Feed & water Chooks
6. Do half of Case Study

In stopping me doing things I ussually would to waste time, it had been rather effective because writing these yourselves means only you let yourself down. Mum and Paul however, decided to write a list of their own for me:

1. Get Wood
2. Sweep House
3. Tidy your Room
4. Hang Washing
5. Tidy Shed
6. Feed & Water Chooks
7. Mow Front Yard.

Paul also as he always does added joke goals

1. Build House
2. Fix Global Warming
3. Win Lotto For Me
4. Overhaul Both Landies
5. Collect Double “Gs” with feet and Face

As you see some of our goals are rather similar and well Thus far today this is what i have completed. [ I didn't do the joke ones...]

•  Mowed some of Front Lawn (its f***ing hot today)
• Chopped a bit of Wood
• Started Room Clean
• Finished Online Induction for Coles
• Fed and Watered the Chooks, I also fed the cat
• Done Laundry

So guys I have done a lot more with this then I normally would, set your own and have others set your goals for you, daily and long term. Even semi short term. Also, do what I haven’t done as of yet, well actually posting this I am telling you.

Anyway, Tell other people You Goals and Ask the peoeple who tell you their goals whether they have done it or not, or help them to it. If you pay for them, they probably can’t refuse something.

So Guys, my goal for Saturday and Sunday Will be:

• Finish Clenaing Room and Closet
• Finish Case Study for Counselling
• Go To the Beach
• Drop Resume at Service Station
• Make Pancakes
